Saffron pasta gratin
Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water then cook them al dente.
Dissolve saffron in béchamel sauce prepared with milk, 300 g butter 20 g, 20 g flour, and add the pasta, add the peas that have previously boiled and diced mozzarella, then pour it all into a baking pan lightly greased and passed in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, leaving Browning slightly.
