Instructions
With the gouge or a small knife cut the melon shell and remove seeds, using the spoon.
Place ice in a shaker.
Pour the Rum, Sherry and Galliano.
Close and shake for a few seconds and pour in the mixture and the melon ice.
Add the Ginger Ale, stir, and serve with straws.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 honeydew melon
- 5 cubes ice
- 2 tablespoons of white rum
- 2 tablespoons of sherry cream
- 2 tablespoons of galliano
- 1/4 bottle of ginger ale
