Instructions
Pour the wine into a saucepan, add lemon zest (taking care to wash the fruit well before you remove the yellow part of the peel), sugar and cloves.
Do heat almost to the boil; soak in the tea bag keeping it away from the edge and from the bottom of the saucepan.
Leave to infuse for 3 minutes and then delete it.
Add the rum and strain the all in one punch Cup.
Served with a tbsp, the grog in heat-resistant glasses which have a slice of lemon.
