Imperial eggnog
Instructions
Shake vigorously in a shaker with ice cubes a little, then add the egg whites whipped until foamy.
Serve in tumbler wide, with a dash of nutmeg.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 egg yolk
- 4/6 milk
- 1/6 apricot brandy
- 1/6 cognac
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- To complete:
- 1 egg whites whipped until foamy
- To serve:
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
