Instructions
Dissolve half a scoop of chocolate chip ice cream with a cup of Lavazza espresso and cream.
Pour into shaker with ice the Myers's Rum, Amaretto di Saronno and the mixture prepared with stracciatella.
Shake and serve in a double cocktail glass.
Garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa.

- 1/2 scoop of stracciatella ice cream
- 1 cup of lavazza espresso
- 1/10 cream
- 5/10 myers's rum
- 4/10 amaretto di saronno
- For garnishing:
- Bitter cocoa powder
