Endive salad with orange
Instructions
Bleed an orange peel and cut into wedges.
Wash the Endive and cut it into thin strips.
Put it in a bowl with the orange into wedges, the zest of 1/2 Orange and olives, cut in half.
Dress the salad with salt, pepper, the juice of one Orange and the oil churned with the lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.

- 400 g of belgian white salad (endive)
- 2 oranges
- 50 g of pitted black olives
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
