Salad with pine nuts (2)
Instructions
Dice the Apple and the cucumber and slice the radishes.
Cut into thin strips and spinach Arugula.
Mix all the vegetables in a soup-tureen and add pine nuts.
Prepare a sauce in a bowl citronnette 3 2 tablespoons oil, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a pinch of pepper.
Dress the salad with this sauce and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 handful of spinach
- 5 leaves of arugula salad
- For the citronnette:
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
