Celery salad
Instructions
Clean and wash the soncino and put it in a salad bowl.
Clean and wash the celery and slice it finely and add it to the soncino.
Prepare a sauce citronnette beating the oil with the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a little pepper and finely chopped herbs.
Combine sliced garlic clove to the veil, pour the sauce over the salad, mix well and serve.

- 300 g of soncino salad
- 2 hearts of white celery
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- Mint
- Basil
- Oregano
