German salad
Instructions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them with the Peel in a saucepan of salted water for about 40 minutes.
Drain, Peel and cut into cubes, let them cool slightly.
Wet them with vinegar and spolverizzarle with sugar.
Fry the bacon in a pan with two tablespoons of oil until it looks Golden and crispy.
Drain and pour the cooking grease on potatoes.
Crumble the bacon and add it to the potatoes.
Mix a little salt and pepper with the lemon juice, then add the rest of the oil, pour it all over the potatoes and mix well.
