Salad with caciotta
Instructions
Cut Zucchini into very thin slices washed and put them to soak in cold water for half an hour.
Cut into slices and caciotta tomato into thin slices.
Mix the oil with a tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper.
Add the vegetables and cheese, stirring gently.
At the end add lemon juice to your choice and if you want some mint leaves.

- 1 caciotta cheese
- 3 zucchini keep
- 1 tomato
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
