Salad with Walnuts (Insalata con Le Noci)
Instructions
Wash and dry the Salad Greens.
Cut them into strips.
Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the garlic and pour the salads.
Crush the kernels and place them in a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of mustard, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Mix the sauce and pour it over the salad.
Stir and serve.
