Use a rectangular low and wide dish.
Lay the asparagus and cover them to 70% water (no need to be overwhelmed).
Put 15 minutes Full power to the microwave, even if the first time it's better to go step by step, as the times depend a lot on the type of oven.
Drain and serve with grated cheese and melted butter.
