Salad with bluefish
Instructions
Prepare an emulsion of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and let stand for 2 hours.
Clean, wash, dry the salad; put it in individual dishes.
Deprive the sardines of the bone and place them over the bed of salad.
Sprinkle shallots sliced thin, then radishes, cut into thin slices.
Drizzle with the emulsion.
