Instructions

Brown separately with a few tablespoons of oil the eggplant, tomatoes and Zucchini, sliced, red pepper, pepper and salt.

Drain the vegetables and add the grilled peppers, peeled and cut into squares.

Drizzle with oil and serve cool.
