Instructions
Peel the fruit and remove the white part and cut them into wedges by removing the seeds.
Cut artichoke hearts in 4 parts, the heart of diced celery and fennel into thin slices.
Put the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and sprinkle with flavored oil leaving flavour for a few minutes.
Serve as an appetizer.

- 3 oranges
- 2 lime
- 2 juicy tangerines
- 100 g of black olives bake
- 3 hearts of artichoke
- 1 heart of celery
- 1 faggot
- Garlic flavored oil and rosemary
- Salt
