Orange salad with cognac
Instructions
Peel the oranges and the split into slices, minus a leave whole.
Place in a serving dish the whole orange in the Center and contornarla with the slices arranged in corona.
Sprinkle with sugar and, before serving, with cognac.
When serving set fire to cognac and to caramelize the sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 seedless oranges
- 1/2 shot of cognac
- 150 g of crystalline sugar
