Field salad
Instructions
Thoroughly wash and dry the salad and spezzettarle with your hands.
In a bowl sprinkle 1 tbsp vinegar with 3 of oil and a pinch of salt, whisking the sauce and pour it over the salad.

- 100 g of watercress
- 100 g of dandelion
- 50 g of mallow
- 50 g of borraggine
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
