Emmental salad
Instructions
Cut into squares of bread slices and sauté in a teaspoon of oil wash and chop salad.
Dice the cheese.
Whisk the remaining oil with mustard, oregano, milk and a pinch of salt.
Combine salad and cheese bread and drizzle with the sauce slammed.
