Salad of green beans (3)
Instructions
Cook the beans, drain and put them in a salad bowl with the onions cut in half, the diced cheese and capers.
Apart from making a sauce by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, cream, salt, pepper and pour over the salad.

- 500 g of green beans
- 10 scallions
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 tablespoon of cooking cream
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
