Fennel and artichoke salad
Instructions
Clean radishes.
Take fennel and remove outer leaves and cut them into thin slices.
The same thing should be done for artichokes washing then in water and lemon.
Put everything in a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 fennel
- 4 artichokes
- 2 bunches of radishes
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
