Instructions
If possible, replace the Basil with the savory that will make it more digestible legumes.
Boil the beans in water salted with little onion cut into wedges.
Drain and let cool, then chop the onion.
Together in the bowl and let them drip thoroughly beans chickpeas, green beans, onion, olives, diced tomatoes and some chopped Basil leaf.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the other ingredients.
Mix well and let stand about an hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of green beans
- == 1 small onion
- 250 g of boiled chickpeas
- 250 g of boiled pinto beans
- 1 great ripe tomatoes
- 50 g of ligurian olives
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Basil
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
