Melon and watermelon salad
Instructions
Cut the flesh of the melon and watermelon into cubes after eliminating all the seeds (if you want you can use the round baller).
Put everything in a bowl large enough.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and a bit of grated lemon zest.
Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice after it is filtered.
Add the rum and stir.
Let it sit for about half an hour at the bottom of the refrigerator.
Finely chop the pistachios and when serving, sprinkle?Fruit salad with this mixture.

- 1 honeydew melon from 600 g
- 1 slice of watermelon (slices from 1000 g)
- 30 g of pistachios
- 1 lemon
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of rum
