Pepper salad (2)
Instructions
Roast the peppers, peel them and cut them into strips.
Slice the hearts of Palm and dice the bread and ham.
FRY in oil the bread, leave it to drain and dry with kitchen paper.
Put in a bowl the first 5 ingredients and mix well.
Chopping by hand any leaf of Basil and add to the salad.
Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mustard oil with 6 and pour the sauce over the salad.

- 2 red peppers
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- 1 slice of ham (slices from 100 g)
- 4 hearts of palm
- Salt
- 3 slices of bread
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Some leaves of basil
