Ham and cheese salad
Instructions
Peel and wash salad, cut the cheese, ham and yolk of hard-boiled eggs, diced and sliced very thin carrots or a match.
In a salad bowl with lettuce, chopped and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper mixed together.
Sprinkle top of salad with egg yolks sodi passed through a sieve.
Serve immediately.
