Salad of radicchio and apples
Instructions
Peel, wash and drain the radicchio, then cut it quite late.
Shelled walnuts and chop the walnuts into small pieces.
Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into small cubes or sticks.
Dress the radicchio with salt, pepper, a tablespoon of vinegar and oil 2.
In a Holster dissolve the mustard with the rest of the vinegar and olive oil, mix and pepper.
Arrange on a plate of chopped radicchio service, complete with the diced Apple and walnuts and pour sauce over all.
You can garnish with a slice of Apple and sprigs of radicchio.

- 250 g of radicchio rosso
- 2 apples granny smith
- 6 nuts
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
