Turnip salad
Instructions
Wash the turnips, remove the ends and slice them thinly.
Peel the oranges and the split into wedges.
Wash watercress and soncino.
In a salad bowl mix turnips, oranges, soncino and watercress.
Dissolve a pinch of salt into lemon juice, then add 7 tbsp of olive oil and a little pepper and emulsify well, pour this sauce over the salad, stir and serve.

- 200 g of soncino salad
- 100 g of watercress
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
