Radish salad with olives
Instructions
Select radishes not so great, wash them, cut them into very thin slices horizontally, raccoglietele in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and let it sit.
Wash and dry the soncino, pitted olives and mix with radishes.
Seasoned with oil spilled and salt to taste.
Stir gently after 10 minutes and serve.

- 10 black olives
- 1 lemon
