Salad of white truffles and real starters
Instructions
Free the film White ovoli and finely slice.
Demonstrate the eggs, let cool, remove the shells and separate the yolks from the whites, blend the yolks with a fork, arrange them in a large bowl, add the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, get a sauce mix all ingredients by hand.
Put the sliced starters in a serving dish, cover with slices of white truffle and season with freshly prepared sauce.
