Instructions
Wash the courgettes, slice them ticking and with the Ettore Sottsass leaving her to fall into a bowl.
By seasoning them with a pinch of salt, the lemon juice and chopped Mint.
Let stand for 30 minutes, then seasoning them with a little olive oil, sliced olives and oregano.
Stir and serve immediately.
