Fancy salad
Instructions
Cut sliced pears deprived of cored and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and orange juice, then add to the olive oil, stirring.
Combine in a bowl the watercress and chicory washed, sliced PEAR, roquefort and nuts.
Pour the sauce and mix.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 bunches of watercress
- 1 bunch of chicory salad
- 2 pere
- 150 g of roquefort cheese
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts kernels
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
