Fancy salad (3)
Instructions
Wash the chicory, dry it and put it in a salad bowl.
Cut radishes into slices, tomatoes into wedges and slices olives and put everything in the bowl.
Combine the diced provolone cheese and sliced eggs.
Emulsify 6 tablespoons oil with 2 of vinegar, salt and pepper and use this sauce to dress the salad.
Stir and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of sweet provolone cheese
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 100 g of pitted green olives
- 150 g of chicory salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 radishes
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
