Winter Salad (Insalata Invernale)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and place them in salted water with the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Clean the radicchio and celery, mash and put them in a salad bowl.
Add the artichokes, thinly sliced.
Mix mayonnaise with 3 tablespoons olive oil, the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.

- 300 g of radicchio di treviso
- 2 artichokes
- Coast 2 of tender white celery
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
