Cappuccia lettuce salad with marinated with speck
Instructions
Mix the oil with vinegar and season.
Remove the leaves from the salad, wash them, core them drain well, by hand or with the centrifuge, serve spread with the marinade (if necessary turn carefully) and garnish with toasted Bacon strips.
