Instructions

At the bottom of the salad bowl pour the vinaigrette obtained emulsifying together vinegar, salt, 1 tablespoon of mustard and oil.

Split the salad with your hands, then add hard-boiled eggs into wedges, anchovy fillets in olive oil, olives and chopped tuna.

Turn and served with chunks of bread toasted.
