Aspic of pomegranate
Instructions
Grainy the pomegranates.
Pour the powdered gelatin in a saucepan, add the water and stir the grenadine, then the sugar and place over low heat.
Bring to a boil and cook stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Let cool and pour a spoonful into the mold.
Make a layer of Pomegranate and leave in the refrigerator to cool for a few minutes.
Add another layer of Pomegranate and gelatin and let cool, continue so until the end of the ingredients.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours, before serving dip the mold in warm water and pour onto a serving dish.
You can garnish with sprigs of whipped cream and candied fruit.

- 5 pomegranates
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of grenadine
- 50 cl of water
- 250 g of powdered gelatin
