Aspic of peaches in dolcetto
Instructions
Dolcetto boiled with sugar and spices, add water and fish glue which you previously softened in water.
Slice peaches and raffreddare in liquid; put them into a mold and then leave them in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 17 peaches
- 1 bottle of dolcetto wine
- 300 g of sugar
- 3 sheets of isinglass
- Cloves
- Lemon zest
- Cinnamon
- 4000 g of water
