Spring salad (5)
Instructions
Slice the cucumber, tomatoes and onions and arrange the vegetables in a salad bowl.
Cut cheese into cubes and add to vegetables.
In a bowl mix vinegar, oil, pepper and marjoram, pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Garnish with some pitted black olives and serve.

- 1 cucumber
- 8 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 200 g of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Black olives
- Pepper
