Fine salad
Instructions
Choose the most beautiful and crisp leaves of lettuce, cut into.
Cook the potatoes without peeling them and when they are cooled, cut into small cubes.
Put lettuce and potatoes in Bowl, seasoned with plenty of oil, pepper and salt, stir gently.
Then add apples, peeled and cut into small cubes (after being sprinkled with a little lemon juice to prevent blackening), then cut the flesh into small cubes of avocado.
Stir gently every thing and still wet the mixture with a little lemon juice and a few drops of oil.
