Tasty Salad (Insalata Sfiziosa)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, wash them, cut them in half and soak them in cold water with lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Drain, Pat dry, slice them thinly and place in a salad bowl.
Beat with a fork 5 tablespoons of oil with a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon.
Pour the sauce over the artichokes and mix.
When serving, add shredded cheese and season with ground green pepper.
