Vegetable and cheese salad
Instructions
Wash and dry the vegetables.
Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the garlic peeled.
Pour the chopped vegetables with your hands.
Add the diced cheese.
In a bowl, prepare a sauce with mustard, a little brandy, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Emulsionarla well and pour it over the salad.
Mix thoroughly and serve.

- 300 g of radicchio di treviso
- 200 g of chicory salad
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 50 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Wine vinegar

- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
