To boil the potatoes in their skins, Peel and mash with potato masher.
In a bowl combine potatoes, egg, salt and mix well.
Take the slices of ham, fill them with the mixture and roll them up.
Place the rolls on a baking pan previously greased with butter and sprinkle with the shredded emmenthal.
Bake for half an hour.
