Instructions
With meat mallet to flatten the slices of veal.
Prepare a mixture with the butter, anchovy washed and chopped, chopped liver and crushed juniper berries.
Distribute the mixture on the slices of veal and forming of spring rolls.
Sauté over high heat in oil, salt and pepper and add a few tablespoons of hot water.
Toward the end of cooking add the pitted olives and chopped, seasoning and let it serve hot.

- 450 g of veal walnut
- 50 g of calf liver
- 30 g of butter
- 1 salted anchovy
- 1 juniper berry
- 30 g of black olives
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
