Bacon Rolls (Involtini allo Speck)

The first thing to do is to prepare the stuffing, then boil the eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes by adding a pinch of salt.

In a bowl rather roomy combined previously separate egg yolks from egg whites, cheese, salt, pepper and stir thoroughly using a wooden spoon.
Meanwhile, lay on a shelf the slices of bacon and add to the center of each dough slightly.
Close to each slice of bacon dumplings stuffed with a Sage leaf and poking at both with a toothpick.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet, preferably nonstick, sprinkle them with butter flakes and let Brown in pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve immediately hot.
