Delicious rolls
Instructions
Beat the meat and arrange slices on each slice of ham, 1 1 1 carciofino and mozzarella into slices.
Season with salt, wrap to wrap and fasten with 1 stick, inserting 2 Sage leaves.
Melt in 1 pan a little butter, place the rolls, spray them with wine and, when evaporated, add 1 ladleful of broth.
Season with salt, cover and cook for 20 minutes, combining, if necessary, a little broth.

- 8 slices of beef pulp
- 4 slices of ham
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 8 artichokes in olive oil

- White wine
- Some leaves of sage
