Instructions
Chop vegetables and mix together with robiola, seasoned with a pinch of salt and mix until you obtain a cream.
Put the slices of bresaola on a plan and add a bit of cream in Center of each.
Close then the slices as to make small parcels.
Emulsified oil and mixed with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a few drops of tabasco sauce and seasoned with this sauce.

- 8 slices of bresaola
- 100 g of fresh robiola cheese
- 1 heart of celery
- 1 heart of artichoke
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Few drops of tabasco
