Instructions

Mix the flour with a pinch of salt, an egg yolk, a little glass of beer and half a glass of water.

Make a batter of medium consistency.

Add a tablespoon of oil and let it sit for an hour and a half.

Mount the egg whites until foamy and add to the batter before frying.

Cut the cod fillets, thawed for dowels and immerse them into the batter, then FRY them in plenty of hot oil.

Drain and sprinkle with salt.
