Chicken rolls with orange
Instructions
Cut in half horizontally the chicken fillets into 8 slices.
Add salt and pepper.
On each put a slice of bacon and roll to get a roulade.
Wash well a big orange.
Without removing the Peel, cut into thin slices (you'll need to obtain 8) and place each slice around a roulade.
Put on a Sage leaf and fasten with a toothpick or two.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the rolls and Brown slowly on all sides.
Washed down with a generous splash of white wine.
Let it evaporate in focus.
Squeeze the second Orange and add the juice to the spring rolls.
Lower the heat, add salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
Toast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan without seasoning.
Remember to put the lid on the pot.
Shortly before cooking is completed, spolverizzateli rolls with sesame seeds.
