Gratinated rolls
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the diced mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Meanwhile, heat the oven to 220 degrees around and place Eggplant slices on a work plan, farcitele with the mixture, roll them up and place them in the roll to a baking dish greased with oil.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, garlic and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Add a little olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes.
Then, pull the pan out of the oven, let it cool and serve.
Trick: cover it with a drizzle of olive oil and keep it in the refrigerator.
It keeps fine for 1 week.

- 3 tomatoes
- Some leaves of basil
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Breadcrumbs
