Tasty rolls
Instructions
Tap the chicken slices.
Mince capers and mix with 3 teaspoons of olive oil and anchovy paste to taste.
Apply this cream on the chicken slices and form of spring rolls.
Saute in oil rolls, wet with the wine, let it evaporate and then combine the olives pitted and chopped, tomato, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish with chopped Basil before serving.

- 12 slices of chicken breast
- 30 g of pickled capers
- 100 g of black olives and green olives
- 600 g of tomato pulp
- White wine
- Anchovy paste
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
