Irish coffee (5)
Instructions
Heat a glass goblet.
Pour the Whiskey and add sugar, then fill with very hot coffee until two fingers from the edge.
Stir well to dissolve the sugar, then pour the cream gently to the surface without tratificarla mix it.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 4 cl of irish whisky
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 double strong coffee hot
- 8 teaspoons of cream
